Consultation & Fees

I offer a complimentary telephone call of up to 20 minutes to identify if nutritional therapy and/or kinesiology is right for you.

Nutritional Therapy

Initial Consultation – £85 (please allow up to one and a half hours)
Subsequent Consultations – £60 (please allow up to one hour)

Prior to your first appointment, you will be asked to complete a questionnaire and to keep a food diary.

Initial consultation: this includes taking a full naturopathic case history and using kinesiology to test for imbalances and food sensitivities. You will be sent a questionnaire before your consultation, together with a food diary to record your daily dietary intake. Following your consultation, I will send you your personalised nutritional programme with dietary recommendations, supplements advised and fact sheets to support you in working towards your optimal health. This will be completely personal to you and advice will be given as to how you can work this in with your lifestyle and preferences.

Subsequent consultations: these include a discussion about the progress you have made with your health issues, your diet and lifestyle changes and kinesiology to identify imbalances and food sensitivities. Further steps will be discussed as appropriate.

Kinesiology

A comprehensive consultation is included in the initial appointment to assess your needs and make a fully informed assessment. Your lifestyle, nutrition and current health issues are all taken into account to provide a truly holistic approach to well-being.

Initial Treatment – £60 (please allow up to one and a half hours)
Subsequent Treatments – £60 (please allow up to one hour)

Cancellations
Please ensure whenever possible that you give 24 hours’ notice when cancelling an appointment. Failure to do so may result in a charge.
